SOAR Skills was created through LOAR PLLC, Kumo’s sister company, to help early-career students pursue skilled trades, technical training, certifications, apprenticeships, and other applied career pathways.
Kumo Title is committed to funding SOAR Skills scholarships every year. It is one meaningful expression of a larger promise: support the people whose talent and work will shape the next generation of Texas communities.
Program terms and recipient selection are administered through SOAR’s official process and may change.
